We always recommend you update your exercise routine and training schedule with new challenges to increase or maintain your level of health and fitness. This is a free feature that you would not normally find at other gyms, health clubs or fitness suites.
It is important that you regularly mix up your training programmes and methods to keep your body guessing, adapting, and improving the efficiency and effectiveness of your metabolic rate. We can introduce you to new exercises using different resistance machines that you may have not used before like the smith machine or abductor machine, alternatively more challenging bodyweight exercises using the suspension trainers (TRX) if weights and kettlebells aren't your thing. There are also several cardiovascular training methods that we can introduce you to like the airbike or sled.
